1. How can I pay for an order?

Our customers within Greece, can pay either by cash on delivery at the time of receipt of the order, or by direct payment to our bank account (in this case, your order will only be sent, when we will have confirmed that the money have arrrived to our bank account) or by credit card, Paypal and Viva Wallet. For our customers abroad the only methods of payment that are acceptable are via credit card, Paypal or Viva Wallet.

Attention: Our customers in Greece, who refused to receive an order which was send with cash on delivery should note that at their next order they can only pay by credit card, Paypal or Viva Wallet.

 

We accept all VISA and Mastercard cards of all banks in Greece and abroad.

Each of your payments either by credit card or via Paypal or Viva Wallet is safe since you are automatically transferred into the electronic system of Eurobank. We have no access to the data you type and we are simply informed by the bank itself or Paypal or Viva Wallet that your payment has been made. If you are having problems with your credit card and you cannot pay for the product you want to buy, try to change the payment method while ordering. Customers in Greece can choose for example cash on delivery, while customers from abroad can choose payment by Paypal.

Shipping orders that are not received by fault of the customer are considered as fake from the system and as a result this method of payment is prohibited in the future for the user. If you want to reverse this process, please contact us.

If your delivery address is within Greece, all shipment costs are totally free for orders over 50€. If the total of your order is less than 50€, you are charged with 2,5€ for transportation costs. Additionally, you have the choice to collect your parcel by yourself from one of Box Now lockers. In this case the transport costs are absolutely free, despite the total of your order. Cash on delivery is always charged with 2€ regradless the total of the order, or the choice of delivery. For orders made from abroad, the customer is charged with the  total cost of transportation, unless his / her orders is larger than the amounts listed for each country in our delivery page.

For customers returning a product to us, within Greece, there are no returning costs. You simply need to call Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex or take your parcel back to one of Box's Now lockers. Please note that if you request money refund, then 4€ will be deducted from the total of your refund.

The only cases that the customer is charged with shipping costs are the following:

  1. If you return an item with another company except Geniki Taxidromiki or Speedex or Box Now.
  2. If your return is the second or third concequitive.
  3. If we resend the same item to a customer for a second time because he / she did not collect the first time by his / her mistake.

Customers who return an order outside Greece, have to pay the transfer costs themselves. Please note that additional delivery costs will apply when we will send you en exchanged item.

A client is charged with shipping costs as far as the following options are considered:

  1. Delivery with a courier company other than Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex or Box Now
  2. Delivery during times and days that differ from those listed in our delivery page.
  3. For the immediate delivery of an order.
  4. In case of a second continuous return from the same customer
  5. If your order is less than 50€ and you require delivery either by Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex
  6. For all deliveries or returns outside Greece.

Of course you can! Just let us know within ten days after receiving your product for your wish to get your money back. In this case we will ask you for a bank account number and the owner of the account. We will deposit the money in your account within 15 working days after receiving the product back. Please note that for orders made within Greece, we deduct 4€ from the total of the refund amount. 

Money are deposited back to your account within fifteen (15) working days from the date we received your returning product.

Once deposit money are back in your bank account, our accounting department will contact you by mail.

In case of a returning product one of the choices you have is to be credited the amount you paid, on your online account inside our e-shop. If you require such an action, the only thing you have to do is call us on 30 210 9565258 and let us know. We uppon reception of your parcel and after completing its quality control we will credit your money on your account. This credit from that point and onwards will be shown on the page with your personal info and will always be available for any of your future purchases, whenever this will take place. The deduction of a credit balance takes place within your basket and always BEFORE the payment of the order.

Attention: MATIS cannot held responsible if a customer neglates to deduct his / her credit balance from an order, nore can deduct the amount after a payment has been made.

You will receive you order with the price that was valid at the time you have placed the order and it is displayed at the copy of your order and your order history. The price is never affected by future price changes because of a sales season.
