All points are credited to a member' s account 4 - 5 days after the collection of the order by the customer. At the time of their credit, our member will receive an automatic email notifying him / her!

In case of redemption of an amount of points that exceeds the market price of the product, the system automatically credits back to the customer the rest of the points in the same proportion to the redemption package that had been originally chosen!

The system of earning points is made as an award for our members’ dedication to MATIS company and offers discount to the price of our products according to the points that are redeemed each time. For more information please check our page "My Points".

Attention: Points’ discount that is redeemed is added to the fixed member discount (-10%).

Every member earns points with every new ONLINE order he/she is making in our online store. The number of winning points depends on the price of the product that is bought with ratio euro - points 1 - 1. After earning a specific amount of points, the member can redeem them and get their equivalent in euros, which they will be deducted during his/her next purchase from our online store.

Attention: Earned points are added to the member’s account only after the collection of his/her order. This means that if an order is not collected from a customer, then the points of the specific order are lost.

Attention: Only the members of our online store can earn points.

The redemption of your earned points can be done to the member’s basket and before the order’s payment. More earned points offer higher profit to the member as a means of discount.

You can redeem your earned points as often as you want. But beware, the more points you earn  without redeeming them, the greater will be the return in euros for you!

Attention: In case you do not redeem your points within a year from the day earned, they will be automatically disabled. You can check the earned points with the closest expire date on your personal account , in the category "my points".

Matis cannot held responsible for disabled points and neither can recharge them.

Attention: Earned points cannot be redeemed during sale periods
