Shipment Questions

1. How are the orders shipped?

All domestic orders are send either via Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex, or to a locker of your choice from Box Now. All orders with delivery address anywhere else in the world are send with "DHL" or "UPS". We regret to say that we cannot deliver in Russia.

Attention: In case the customer ask his/her order to be shipped with another postal company, he/she will have to pay all the shipping costs!

All orders received by us until 12:00pm are sent during the same day. Otherwise they will be sent the next working day.

Yes you can! If the delivery address is within Athens, and you have placed your order the latest by 14:00, then by choosing BOX NOW within your basket, you will collect your parcel just after 20:00 of the same day (Weekends and bank holidays are excluded). Please note that you have to prepay your order to see the BOX NOW service available at your basket.

If your delivery address is outside Athens and you want immediate delivery out of the normal shipping times described in the shipping section, you should contact us and let us know about the exact date of arrival requested. We will do our outmost to make it happen! Otherwise we will inform you immediately that the shipment of your order is not possible to be send the day you want.

Attention: In any case that is required a delivery time, other than the ones we defined, the customer will pay the total of the shipping costs!

Once the courier collects your order from us, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a viber message at your mobile phone .To track an order with delivery within Greece, please click on Geniki Taxydromiki' s page or Speedex' s page or Box Now page and type the tracking number we gave you. For international deliveries pls visit the site of DHL or UPS.

If you want your order to be gift wrapped, please check the indication "Gift " inside your shopping bag. Please note that every gift box is charged with extra 4 euros on the total amount of your order. The gift box contains a better wrapping (you can see it in your shopping bag) and our luxury store bag, for you to offer, to the recipient of the gift. All these will be sent inside an extra box so that you will receive them intact!

If the package we sent you is violated, please ask the courier to check the content of the package before you pay for it. If you already paid for it and found out that something is missing or is faulty, contact us at tel. 30 210 9565258.

If you have not received the tracking number 2 days after you have placed your order and have checked out the junk email list, please contact us.

 

If the delivery of your order is delayed beyond the time limits we refer in the shippment section, please contact us. In any case MATIS company is sending immediately all orders, but delivery times can be subjected to weather conditions or other external factors.

If the courier of your package passes by, when you are not at the shipping address, he/she is obliged to leave you a written note with his/her time of arrival, and the next delivery time. If you do not find this note please contact your courier company, and give them your tracking number to arrange a new delivery time.

Our contracts (according to which you have free of charge deliveries) with the courrier companies are valid only, for deliveries that are made from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until the 19:00. If a customer wishes his/her package to be delivered at a time beyond the days and hours that are referred, you must contact us at first. In any case he/she will pay the total shipping cost!
